Sunset Yoga at Wat Arun is not only a yoga class. It is an experience. A new way to take in the city, and at the same time, take a break from it. Our yoga classes are adjusted so they will fit yoga practitioners with varying skills. Our teachers are experienced and will guide you as much as you need. The yoga classes for 90 minutes. The practice begins with a meditation. Then gradually begins to warm up the parts of the body that will be engaged. After this warm-up phase in coordination with the breathing, follows a set of yoga postures whose level is always adaptable to the person. In the end, everyone enjoys a healthy vegan meal, served at the mat, by the amazing staff at the famous Mango Tree restaurant. The sunset behind Wat Arun can be spectacular, and the perfect ending to your day.
