The driver did good job , aside driving , he also explain the history.. Nice mini tour or 5 of us, in Merc Car.. and they provide airport drop off which was very convenience , after tour finish then fly :D

The tour was excellent. We had a really nice tourguide (orginally from Vlaanderen) Our tourguide explained the history of each place we went or passed thoroughly! The driver we also nice. It is a must do tour! Pack some snacks and water and enjoy it! Tip: Do it at the beginning of your stay.

Montserrat is a wonderful monument in a great setting of unique mountain forms.Guell Entry is not to be missed. Unbelievable mosaics , figures and buildings. Have to be seen to see the beauty and workmanship.

The tour got had a rough start with the pickup time being changed without our knowledge. The provider claimed to have attempted to call our hotel to tell us but "the hotel phones were not working" ( a Hilton Hotel). Instead of taking us to the tour company office, they directed toheir driver to take us to another location where we were to join up with the tour in progress. When we got to the location, the driver told us to go to the person standing at the entrance and holding a clipboard. That person directed us to the main entrance of the museum where we were told that we didn't have a ticket for entry.We then returned to the corner to see if there was anyone associated with the tour there. When we found no one, we attempted to call the tour company but my wife's cellphone was out of power. A total stranger saw our situation and called the company for us. Shortly after that, the tour guide arrived and took us to the bus to begin the tour as advertised.The remainder of the tour went quit well and we enjoyed it very much!

I highly recommend this tour. I always take a tour in a vacation spot I've never been to familiarize myself with the area, famous spots and to avoid the lines. The tour guide, Elena is truly fantastic! She spoke clearly, has lots of energy, polite, friendly, courteous and a joy to be around. We spent eight hours on a Sunday, July 29th on a mini-tour bus with a total of 13 tourists (not including bus driver and Elena). It was an exciting experience and I would do it all over again in a heart beat! Thank you!
