Barcelona Shore Excursion: small group / pickup / skip-the-line / best city tour

I would say overall, the tour was pretty much as advertised, however, of the 6 guided tours we took, I would not rank it as high as the others. The tour was disorganized in the beginning... it was overbooked (not a big enough van to accommodate everyone which flustered the driver. She did a good job coming up with a solution, however, it delayed our tour). We were also under the impression that the driver (Danny) and guide (Christina) did not work together very often because their cohesiveness wasn't as great as some of the other driver/guide teams we experienced. Another thing that was unfortunate was that the windows of the van were very dirty, making for poor quality of any pictures taken from within the van since it did not stop at many points. The Gaudi sites we stopped at we really enjoyed and Christina had a great deal of knowledge about them. Sometimes with the crowds it was difficult to hear her so an audio set that we used in other tours may be helpful. The last comment I would have is that the tour felt rushed. It only ended up being about 3 hours from the time we actually left the port at 8:40 to when we were left at La Segrada Familia at 11:45. More time to get out of the van for quick pictures would have been appreciated.

Easy pickup and drop off at cruise terminal plus excellent tour guide. Highlights were the walking tour at Park Guell and the visit to the exterior of Sagrada Familia. Recommend as an alternative to the shore excursion offered by the cruise line.

This Tour was Fantastic!!!!!! Josef our tour guide went above and beyond!!! Our driver Luis was so accommodating with my Father in law being in a wheel chair. Both of these gentlemen were superb!!! Thank you so much for having such professionals represent your company. I will always use Viator!!

We began by meeting our guide, Simone, outside the port terminal building. We waited for about 10 minutes for other guests to arrive and then made 2 more stops to pick up other guests. We were then on to Montjuic. We stopped for about 20 minutes for pictures and views. Park Guell was next and we entered quickly. Simone was gave us a good tour of the park. The final stop was La Sagrada Familia for an outside tour around the church and more photo ops. We chose to leave the tour at this point to spend a little more time in the city. It was easy to get a taxi back to the ship. Overall the tour was very good, Simone was informative and we enjoyed our time.

Great tour with personal touch. We were in small group of 10. The tour guide pick us up right after we exit the ship. We went into Park Guell and it was amazing. Better than the cruise ship excursions.

Excellent tour but short. It is hard to see everything in 4 hours but that is what you signed up for. Saw Sagrada Familia which is amazing along with Park Guell. Also you go by the Olympic stadium and see a lot of the architecture of downtown Barcelona.
