The beauty of decorative art. The Casa Felip is a modernist building located in the Ausias Marc street in Barcelona, the first floor of which is now the headquarter of the Fundació Vila Casas. It was originally the residence of the family of textile industrialist Manel Felip i Sintas (1858-1913), who commissioned its construction from the architect Telm Fernández i Janot in 1901. Both the lobby and the main floor are a unique display of the use of different materials during the Modernism movement: glass, mosaic, sgraffities, iron...
