If you are looking for transportation to Montserrat with a one way funicular ticket, this may be appropriate for you. I think we expected more and were disappointed. We arrived 10 minutes early at the meeting point, as instructed. The tour guide got there after the meeting time and the bus was 25 minutes late. Not a great start. The tour guide was very nice, but her English was not great and she did not provide much information about the trip at all. We wondered if the tour guide called in sick for the day and she was a last minute replacement? Since the bus was late, it seemed like our time was limited once we arrived at the bascilica. We were all disappointed and felt that overall it was an expensive bus ride. Bummed that we didnt book with a company that had more reviews on Viator. Lesson learned.
