The Basilica and Expiatory Temple of la Sagrada Familia is one of the most visited buildings in the world. - We cannot predict when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. In general, long lines are common at major attractions in summer, on most weekends, and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). The skip-the-line ticket enables you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee the days and times that produce lines
- All visitors must pass through metal detectors at the security check point, so please expect to wait 20-30 minutes to clear security
- Children younger than 6 years old, unaccompanied minors (under 18 years old) and people with reduced mobility are not allowed to go up to the towers
- A maximum of 9 people per booking
- As it is a Catholic church, visitors must dress appropriately, is requested for entrance to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. No tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts or sandals will be accepted. Also Visitors will not be allowed to enter with special clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities.
- Due to limited capacity of the elevators, there may be a waiting time between the Basilica and museum guided tour and elevator access. Tower visits will be without a guide. The lift´s operation is subject to cancellation depending on weather conditions and other causes. On the way out of the tower you may need to use the stairs.

- For your comfort, a radio guide system is offered during the tour, in groups of more than 5 people.

A scheduled tour is a must for this site. Guide was competent and very pleasant. Hard to hear/understand what she was saying using the earbuds maybe because of so many people around. Tour felt very rushed But good basic overview.
Magnificent church. Guide was very knowledgeable. Group was to large. Very crowded difficult to stay together. Purchased all access including towers they closed due to weather.
Very well organized with a wonderful Englis speaking tour guide-Vincent, who gave us a very informative and passionate tour. We enjoyed it very much.
Of course, walking through La Sagrada Familia was awesome, but I possibly heard and understood 1/3 of what our guide, Jaime, said. His accent and voice level made it difficult to understand what he was telling us about the attraction. Had I been given the ability to add more treble to his voice (coming through our earphones), that possibly could ha e made a difference. But what we experienced was disappointing.
This was such a disappointment. We drive 2 hrs from Marbella and all the parking garages and street parking were full. We arrived a full hour prior to the tour and could not find parking.
Our guide, Vincent, was very interesting and presented the information with some humor. The Viator office in Barcelona was organized and the tour started on time. Friendly staff.
Please don’t miss this beautiful work of Gaudi. Our tour guide was wonderful. Our group wasn’t too big and our guide gave us so much great information. The Priority Access and the Tower Entry made our tour even more perfect!

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Enough time was allowed to explore the main features of the cathedral and then free time to go back and take pictures.
