Stop At: Food Wine Tours, Pintor Fortuny 10-14, 08001 Barcelona Spain

You will start the tour in a unique venue in a Gastronomic Centre, created under the slow food philosophy and open to offer Food and wine tours to Foodies and travelers who visit Barcelona; where, you will be welcome with a tasting wine. You will continue your tour visiting local bars, where you will taste a glass of a selected wine and tapa.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Rambla de Raval, Barcelona Spain

Your next stop will be a local tavern to taste your 3rd wine with a pairing tapa in the Raval neighborhood

Barcelona's Raval neighbourhood, which was hemmed in by the city walls until 1859, is now bounded by La Rambla, Carrer Pelai, the Ronda Sant Antoni, Ronda Sant Pere and the Paral•lel. These ancient Roman roads marked out the boundaries of the walls which were demolished so that the rapidly growing city could expand.

Within these perimeters, this area, which had been the site of fields and convents until the mid-19th century, saw the construction of textile mills and workers' houses throughout the network of narrow winding streets in this Barcelona neighbourhood.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Las Ramblas, La Rambla, 08002 Barcelona Spain

This is an emblematic street and a must-see for any visitor to Barcelona. Its central promenade is lined with flower stalls and kiosks, while the sides are home to buildings such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu theatre, the Palau de la Virreina palace and La Boquería market.

This is a street which is teeming with life and colour, where a central pedestrianised promenade offers the chance to stroll among kiosks, flower stalls and a wide range of shops and businesses. The avenue extends for a length of a little over one kilometre; it begins in the Plaça de Catalunya and connects to the statue of Columbus. It is known by various different names along its length: the section nearest the Plaça de Catalunya is the La Rambla de Canaletes, followed by La Rambla dels Estudis, and ending with La Rambla de las Flores or Sant Josep. The street is very popular with both tourists and with locals, and always has a lively atmosphere. It is a magnet for numerous street artists who, together with the other passers-by, make Las Ramblas a microcosm of Barcelona life which is well worth a special visit. Its origins date from the 18th century, when it was laid out following the medieval walls of Barcelona. Today it is the site of important buildings such as the Palau de la Virreina and the Gran Teatre del Liceu. It also has access to the main entrance of the popular market known as La Boquería.

Where La Rambla meets the sea, we find the Mirador de Colom, a unique opportunity to admire this unique, green artery of pedestrians from the air.

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic), Mediterranean Seafront to Ronda de Sant Pere, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona Spain

In the gothic quarter we will go to two more wine bars to have a glass of wine of another Spanish wine region paired with tapas

The Gothic Quarter is one of the most famous landmarks in Barcelona. Located in the heart of the old city, this Barcelona neighborhood features a fusion of buildings dating from Roman times to the 20th century. Welcome to one the most interesting places to visit in Barcelona.

The Gothic quarter is an area teeming with alleyways and squares in the centre of Barcelona, where the presence of palaces, houses and Gothic churches reveals the city's medieval past.

It is one of the most attractive parts of Barcelona, and its streets abound in medieval buildings such as the palaces of the Town Hall and the Generalitat (the Catalan Regional Government), and the Gothic churches of Santa María del Pi and Sant Just y Pastor. It also contains the Jewish quarter, comprising a network of narrow streets and where part of its former synagogue can still be seen today. Its streets are arranged around various squares, of which the most interesting are those of Sant Jaume, el Rei and la Reial. The first is the political heart of Barcelona, and the site of the town hall and the Palau de la Generalitat building. The architectural ensemble in Plaça del Rei square offers arguably the finest examples of mediaeval constructions in Barcelona, with the Palau Reial Major, part of the old Roman wall, the Palau del Lloctinent (Deputy's Palace) and the City History Museum. Finally La Reial is an exceptionally lovely porticoed square and a very popular spot –particularly in the evening– thanks to its numerous cafés and bars. This neighbourhood has been the heart of the city since Roman times, and in fact is the site of the Roman necropolis (Villa de Madrid square), while very nearby it is still possible to see the remains of the Roman temple of Augustus.
