Get on Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and disconnect from this world. The driver-SUP guide will prepare all the equipment and share all safety related tips. Enjoy a quality time in close contact with nature. The routes are from one point to another. The driver offers support from the shore if necessary and takes pictures and videos of your journey. Enjoy a snack before your are driven back to your accommodation. There are itineraries with different degrees of difficulty as well as boards for intermediate and advanced paddlers.

9:00 am: Pick up at hotels in Barcelona.
9:30 am: Pick up at hotels in Castelldefels or meeting point.
9:30 am - 11:30 am: Time allotted to Stand Up Paddling.
12:00 pm: Return to your accommodation or meeting point in Castelldefels and end of tour.
