About this activity

You will meet in a fully equipped cooking space in a very popular district in Barcelona. Alongside your instructor, you will prepare a traditional Christmas menu with dishes such as Escudella, Canneloni, stuffed chicken or baked fish. All recipes and ingredients will be provided.

While you cook, your instructor will talk about Christmas food traditions and how the differ in the different regions in Spain as well as information on Spanish cuisine in general.

Once the meal is ready, you will sit down and enjoy your meal, accompanied by a bottle of Spanish wine. The meal will end with the traditional confection, Turrón, which is always present in a Christmas table.
