Puglia Introductory Tour with Aperitif and Typical Dinner in the Countryside

Begin your Italian journey through an enjoyable introduction on the countryside in a small group.

Meet your tour leader at your accommodation facility between Bari and Monopoli (Bari-City, Conversano, Polignano, Alberobello, Monopoli) at approx. 1-2pm, depending from your Hotel location.

Start this excursion by an Italian aperitif: a soft drink with some starters; then travel to Caranna for a walk along the panoramic area to enjoy the Mediterranean vegetation and a spectacular view over the coast line.

Afterwards, visit the most characteristic "Masseria" in the Apulian countryside, an example of rural architecture and organization. Enjoy an introduction of the facility as well as olive and apricot trees.

Taste the local food in a typical sequence of dinner menu:
Starters: different small portions of various specialties like mozzarella, grilled vegetables and so on.
Pasta: the possibilities to prepare Pasta are unlimited, the chef usually gets inspired by the available fresh products.
Meat: a portion of own production meat specialty.

After the dinner, return to your accommodation facility by the same private transportation: arrival 10/11pm depending from your hotel location.
