A driver and his wife---lovely and delightful couple, picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Lucerne. Beautiful vehicle, safe driver, lots of information about Basel, Lucerne, the Alps, the lakes, and Switzerland. In Lucerne, our driver had us join the Lucerne walking tour and made certain we were comfortable and acclimated to the tour and tour group. We then took a wonderful walking tour and saw and learned many, many things about Lucerne. The day was extremely hot, but the pace was perfect, we drank from the fountains, and strolled in the shade. The return trip was as great as the morning trip. I'd give this a 5 star rating!
