Day 1: Shanghai – Beijing by Flight (Lunch)

Stop At: Shanghai, Shanghai
In the morning, our Shanghai local driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby and transfer you to Shanghai airport to catch flight to Beijing. Upon your arrival to Beijing airport, our local guide and driver will greet you by holding a name sign at the exit.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Road, Huairou District, Beijing China
Then, you will head to visit Mutianyu Great Wall, the most scenic part of Chinese Great Wall. It was built in the early Ming Dynasty in 1368. 90 percentage of the Mutianyu is covered by vegetation. Go climbing and hiking on the old Great Wall, where visitors will spontaneously arise a feeling of respect and admiration when seeing the panoramic view of the winding Great Wall. Taking cable car to the peak of Great Wall is optional and the cost is on your own. It's a good way to save time and energy to appreciate the best view of Great Wall.

Stop At: Beijing, Beijing
On the way back to Beijing downtown from Great Wall, you will pay a outer visit to the Beijing Olympic Stadium: Water Tube and Bird Nest. Take some pictures here and learn the knowledge about the 2 great architectures.
Duration: 40 minutes

Day 2: Beijing-Shanghai by Flight (Lunch)

Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
At 08:00 our guide and driver will greet you at your hotel in Beijing city area. First we will take a walk on the Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and i the largest city square in the world. The spacious square has been used for many public celebrations, ceremonies, and demonstrations for over a hundred years.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Then you will pay a visit the Forbidden City, one of the largest and most completely preserved palace complex built with wood. It functioned as the imperial palace in the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1912). There were 24 emperors of the two dynasties lived in the Forbidden City.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
After lunch, we will pay a visit to Temple of Heaven. Located in southern part of Beijing, it serviced as a complex of sacrificial building where Emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for peace and harvest.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
Today’s last stop will be Summer Palace. It locates at the west skirt of Beijing and covers an area of 290 hectare. In the Qing Dynasty during the Qianlong Era, the Summer Palace was built by copying the layout of the West Lake in Hangzhou. Now it is the largest and most completely preserved imperial garden in China.

Stop At: Beijing, Beijing
After the tour you will be escorted to airport for flight back to Shanghai.

Stop At: Shanghai, Shanghai
When you arrive to Shanghai airport and collect your luggage, our Shanghai local driver will wait for you at the exit by holding a name board and then transfer you back to your hotel.
