3 Days Beijing Winter Olympic Tour to Zhangjiakou & Bashang Grassland

Itinerary

Day 1: Private Transfer from Beijing to Zhangjiakou, Grassland Sky Road

Stop At: Hebei Public Security Department Expressway Pointsman General Team Zhangjiakou Detachment Chongli Brigade, Zhangcheng Expressway Entrance, Chongli Qu, Zhangjiakou Shi, Hebei Sheng, China
This morning, you tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing and then transfer you to Zhangjiakou city, Hebei province. You can appreciate the beautiful scenery along the road. After about three hours driving, you will arrive in Chongli County and check into the hotel.

In the afternoon, you will have a driving tour along the Grassland Sky Road. Here, you can see the winding rivers, rolling hills as well as the vast meadows in the roadside.

Day 2: Zhangjiakou Highlights Tour

Stop At: Genting Resort Secret Garden, Wutong Street, Tai Zi Cheng Village, 崇礼区张家口市河北省 China, 076350
After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transported to the Secret Garden Ski Resort. It is a place that will hold all of the skiing events of 2022 Winter Olympics. Free time will be left for you to explore this area. The fees of activities and lunch are not included.
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Bashang Prairie of Zhangbei, Within the County, Zhangbei County 076450 China
After that, you will be transferred to the Zhangbei Bashang Grassland. Appreciate the natural beauty as well as breathe the fresh air in this big grassland. Enjoy your leisure time. Afterwards, you will be escorted to the hotel in Chongli.

Day 3: Zhangjiakou Exit

This morning, your tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby and take you to visit the Dajing Gate. It is one of the four great passes in the Great Wall of China. You can follow your guide to trace back its glorious history and appreciate its unique structure.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Jimingyi Post House, Within the County, Huailai County 075400 China
Afterwards, you will be transferred back to Beijing. On the way, you will have a chance to see the Jimingyi Post House - one of the largest, best-preserved ancient post houses in China. Then this three-day tour will end at the moment you arrive at your hotel in Beijing.
