Day 1: Airport Pickup

Pass By: Beijing Capital International Airport, Shunyi, Beijing, China
Upon your arrival, you will meet your tour guide and driver outside the baggage claim area at the airport. After a short greeting, you will be escorted to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you.

Day 2: Beijing Highlights Tour Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven

Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
In the morning, you tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel. Then, come to Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. It is also a place to honor the birth of new China and those people who had great contributions to this republic country. If you have more interest to this scenic spot, you can get a further introduction from your knowledgeable guide.

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Walk to the northernmost part of the square, and you will see the Forbidden City. Used to be a palace for 24 emperors, it has immense scale and distinctive building characteristics. Getting the knowledge from your guide about the long history of this best preserved imperial palace, you will have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.

Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
In the afternoon, you will visit the Temple of Heaven. It was a place for emperors to hold a royal worship ceremony in the past. This place has close contact with the ancient Chinese culture, history and religion even the music. It also reveals the Ancient people’s reverence for imperial power and the strict feudal hierarchical system. You will have at least one hour to appreciate the cultural relics in this place.

Day 3: China Great Wall Tour

Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Road, Huairou District, Beijing China
In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel and leave for the Mutianyu Great Wall with the company of your guide and driver. A round-trip cable car is included so that you can save more time on the Wall. Standing on the wall and looking at it stretching up and down into boundless distance is an exciting experience and will leave you a life-long memory.

Pass By: Niaochao National Stadium, No.1 Guojia Tiyuchang South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing China
After your visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall, you will be escorted back to your hotel. On the way, you will have a chance to appreciate the buildings of National Stadium - Bird's Nest (Niao Chao) from a distance. And later, drop by a local famous market before getting back to the hotel. That's all of this-day tour.

Day 4: Beijing City Tour & Overnight Soft-sleeper Train to Xi'an

Stop At: Beijing Zoo, No.137 Xizhimenwai Main Street, Xicheng District, Beijing 100044 China
It will be a great experience to see pandas when travelling in China. This morning, your guide will take you to the panda house in Beijing Zoo to see those lovely creatures. You will see many pandas, young and old, some active and some lazy.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
After that you will turn to the beautiful Summer Palace. t used to be a royal garden as well as a summer resort. You can appreciate the typical Chinese classical buildings connected by zigzagging corridors and bridges distributing among the hills and lakes harmoniously.

Stop At: Lama Temple (Yonghegong), No.12 Yonghegong Street, Beixinqiao, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100007 China
After that, you will visit a unique Tibetan styled temple - Lama Temple (Yonghe Lamasery). With more than 300 years history, the buildings of the temple have been kept in good condition. Although there are many prayers and tourists every day, the peace of this temple can be palpable.

Then you will have a Hutong tour by taking a rickshaw ride. Hutongs mean narrow alleys lined with old residential courtyards. Wander along these winding lanes, immerse yourself in the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.

Later, the tour guide will escort you to the Beijing West Railway station and help you board the overnight soft-sleeper train to Xi'an. You may ask your guide to take you to a super market or a cake store to buy some food for dinner and the breakfast for the next day. The train has food sold to passengers but with low quality and taste.

Day 5: Railway Station Pickup, Terracotta Army, Small Wild Goose Pagoda & City Wall

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
You will arrive in Xi'an in the morning. Your local guide and driver will meet you at the railway station and help you check in the hotel. After a short rest at the hotel, you will visit the world-wonder Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.

In the museum, there are altogether three excavated pits exhibiting amazing warrior figures, horses, chariots and Chinese ancient weapons. You will have no less than 2-hour visit in this site.

In the afternoon, you will visit Xi'an Museum and then the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built about 1,300 years ago in the Tang Dynasty to store the Buddhist scriptures brought from ancient India.

Stop At: Xi'an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi'an 710001 China
Continue your tour to the City Wall. You will have a panoramic view of the old city area when you are standing on the wall. Meanwhile, you may see the local people doing recreational activities at the City Wall Park. If you want to enjoy riding on the wall, you can rent a bike but the rental fee is at your own expense. Afterwards, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 6: Shaanxi History Museum, Local family Visit and Airport See-off

Stop At: Shaanxi History Museum, 91 Xiaozai E Rd, Xi'an 710061 China
This morning, you will visit the Shaanxi Province Museum. The outlook of it imitates the building structure of the Tang Dynasty. There are lots of relics and artifacts have been collected, which will show you the development of ancient China in different eras.

Then, you will have a chance to have a big lunch at a local Chinese family to enjoy the home-cooked food. You may join in the cook of the meal and learn some cooking skills.
