Stop At: Site of Ming City Wall Park, No.9 Chongwenmen East Main Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing China

Meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel in Beijing city centre to start the tour. First you will visit the Ming City Wall Relics Park, built over 600 years ago. Originally run about 40 kms around the old Beijing city, and the remaining relic is about 1.5 kms long.

Stop At: New Dongjiao Market, East of Wangsiying Bridge, Chaoyang District, Beijing China

Next you will walk around the different hutong alleys, like Dongjiao Minxiang Hutong. This hutong has the most significant collection of Western-style architecture in the city, as many foreign delegations were located here between 1861 and 1959. Here you will have free time for lunch. Your guide will recommend you some options and you can choose your favourite, as meals are not included.

Stop At: Lama Temple (Yonghegong), No.12 Yonghegong Street, Beixinqiao, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100007 China

After lunch, you will visit the Lama Temple, built in 1694 and changed into an emperor's palace in 1725. In 1744, it was converted into a Lama temple. One of the pavilions within the temple houses a sculpture of the Maitreya Buddha, which is 26 meters tall and is carved from a single trunk of white sandalwood.

Stop At: Guo Zi Jian (The Imperial College), No.13 Guozijian Street, Inside Andingmen, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China

Next visit is the Confucious Temple, that includes a stone 'forest' of 190 stelae recording the 13 Confucian classics. Next to this Temple is the Imperial College, where the emperor used to expound the Confucian classics to the students. After this, you will get free time for dinner, also not included in the price. Your guide will recommend you some spots and when you finish, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
