Beijing Private Tour to Huanghuacheng Great Wall and China Aviation Museum

The driver and guide will meet you in your hotel's lobby at 8:30am and take you to Huanghuacheng Great Wall by private vehicle (1.5 hour). After arrival, you will start walking along the path in the mountain for about 15 minutes, and you will get on the Great Wall and spend 2-3 hours hiking on the Wall. You can experience different activities like taking a boat on the lake to appreciate the Great Wall on the surrounding mountains(on your own expense). You can hike around the lake and across the dam instead of climbing the mountains.

Huanghuacheng Great Wall was built in North Qi and was renovated for a few times during Sui and Tang dynasties. In Ming dynasty, it was enlarged and added with Watch Towers. About 40 hollow towers, 9 solid towers and 5 platforms were built. It got its name after the yellow flowers which drown the surrounding cottages and houses during summertime.Huanghuacheng is divided by reservoirs, and some parts are even immersed in the water, which is a very unique characteristic, distinguishing it from other sections of the Great Wall.

After a delicious lunch at the local Chinese restaurant, about 1 hour drive to the China Aviation Museum.

China Aviation Museum was first opened to the public on 11 November 1989, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army Air Force.which contains more than 200 airplanes and other important aviation artifacts.The museum is divided into three large exhibition areas: Cavern Exhibition Hall, Open-air Exhibition Area, and Integrated Hall. You will have enough time to visit there.

The driver and guide will take you back to Beijing after the fantastic tour is finished.
