Gubei Water Town is a beautiful village characterized by the northern architectural style reconstructed in the traditional courtyard style. Due to its ideal location as the main entrance to Simatai Great Wall, this tourist attraction boasts a scenery combination of mountains, water and ancient village.
After walking through Gubei Water Town, you will reach the entrance to Simatai Great Wall. With this ticket you can take the cable car to go up the mountain until reaching the Great Wall. Simatai offers magnificence views of the mountains around and the Yuanyang lake. You can walk on top of the Wall and climb the different signal towers to experience their uniqueness. When you finish, you can take the cable car down to Gubei Water Town.
