Stop At: Huairou Huanghuacheng Great Wall, Daochengguan Town, Huairou District, Beijing 101400 China
Your tour begins with a hotel pickup and about one and half hours driving to the Huanghuacheng Great Wall, one of the oldest and most rugged sections, covered by walnut and chestnut trees.
Compared with Badaling or Mutianyu Great Wall, Huanghuacheng Great Wall remains less explored and less touristy, its more like
a secret place where you can relax and experience authentic Great Wall from 600 years ago.
Badaling or Mutianyu is not Great Wall of China anymore, it is Great Wall of People,Huanghuacheng Great Wall more for locals and very quiet, so you’ll have time to leisurely wander the iconic monument without the crowds. You can even climb to the highest ancient watchtowers for 360 degrees view of the surrounding countryside.
Break for a mouthwatering authentic lunch at a local restaurant, we will stop a restaurant for locals not touristy restaurant so you will enjoy very authentic Chinese food.
After lunch transfer back to your hotel.
