Day 1: Pick up at Beijing Airport.

When arriving in Beijing, you will be greeted by one of Compass Holidays local representatives at the Beijing Capital Airport and then transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day will be all yours, and you can start exploring the city on your own.

Day 2: Beijing (Forbidden City-National Palace Museum-the Summer Palace)

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Explore the capital city of China with a long and rich history.

Start with Forbidden City, which is the former seat of the emperors throughout the Ming and Qing dynasties, a true architectural masterpiece and home to the National Palace Museum.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
After lunch, proceed to the Summer Palace, an Imperial Garden in Beijing, which is also one of the world heritage sites on the UNESCO list.

Day 3: Great Wall-Olympic Center

Start with the Great Wall (Juyongguan), one of the "Seven Wonders of the World" and the UNESCO heritage site that you can't miss. Get a chance to climb a portion of this 3,700-mile marvel.

Pass By: Olympic Park, North of Beisihuanzhong road, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100101 China
take a look at Beijing 2008 Olympic Center including the famous Beijing National Stadium aka Bird's Nest and Water Cube from outside.

Day 4: Leisure Day

Take a morning tour to Temple of Heaven, recognized by UNESCO, an architectural masterpiece built between 1406-1460 AD to be used by the emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties for ceremonies honoring the god of harvests.
