Learn To Make Chinese Tea in a Chinese Courtyard of Beijing

Please note that this activity does not provide hotel pick up and drop off. Your activity will commence at a courtyard at Zhong Lao Hutong, Beijing.
• Learn about the history of tea and how and where it is cultivated
• There are many types of teas and each have a different taste and aroma. You will learn about some of the main teas and distinguish the different smells and flavors.
• Blind tea tasting and a traditional tea serving
• Learn how to perfectly brew a cup of tea with a traditional tea pot

Teacher Panjian Lee will be your instructor for this activity and is very passionate about tea. His experience includes working as a director and tea taster for a infamous Chinese tea company.
