Mama's Lunch Cooking Class- Beijing Dumplings & Noodle at Local Family

Dumplings and noodle are the 2 most popular home dishes representing love, happiness, satisfaction and hospitality, Chinese housewives make them for important occasions throughout the year.

The course will be hosted at a newly renovated local home in a 1992's Beijing residential building near to the Temple of Heaven and the Pearl Market, you may feel that you are really into Beijing. The place is about 15 minutes walk from subway station (Tiantandongmen), line 5, its accessible for private car and taxi. 

We teach how to make meat and vegetarian dumplings with simple recipes. You will create dough, mix fillings, roll the wrappers and pinch dumplings...This is a window to Beijing local's live, also a great chance to master your Chinese cooking skills, you are able to host your own dumpling party at home after taking this fun and informative class. 

Enjoy a delicious meal cooked by yourself, free beer/wine, soft drinks and fruits are included, we serve side dishes too, please let us know if you have any food restriction when make a booking.
