Day 1: Mutianyu Great Wall and Underground Palace (Dingling) -- Small Group Tour (Lunch)
Stop At: Dingling Underground Palace, Ming Tombs, Changling Town, Changping District, Beijing 102213 China
1. Pick up travelers from hotel on departure time between 7:00am and 8:00am, and then drive to the Ming Tombs (Dingling)---the best-preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history. Dingling is the underground mausoleum of Emperor Wan Li. Sightseeing on Ming Tombs for 2 hour.
2. End the visit of Ming Tombs at about 11:00, before having Chinese traditional lunch (11:30), travelers have 45 minutes to have a short visit of Jade Carving Factory. The jade carving is very famous special local product, it was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures in the jade carving.

3. After having lunch, then driving to Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. If you want to reach the highest point, cable car is a good choice (optional).
4. You are returned to the downtown Beijing, you will have a chance to enjoy the Chinese traditional Tea Ceremony. .
5. After the whole day tour, you are transferred back to your hotel around 6:00pm.

Day 2: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven & Summer Palace -- Small Group Tour (Lunch)
Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
Our tour guide pick-up from the hotel between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. This tour starts at Tian'anmen Square with its plenitude of monuments testifying to the communist, and more specifically, Mao's influence on China's modern history.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
2. From there you will proceed to the Forbidden City. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for two hours. On the way to Temple of Heaven, you will have a chance to visit the Chinese traditional medicine culture.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
3. After having a short rest, we'll visit the Temple of Heaven. The visit to Temple of Heaven takes about 1 hour.
4. After having traditional Chinese lunch ( 40 minutes ), enjoy a short visit to a pearl free market not missed.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
5. Driving (30 minutes) to Summer Palace. The visit takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
6. After the tour, transferred back to the hotel.

The tour was exactly as outlined/described in the description and therefore fulfilled my expectations. Tour guides spoke good English and gave us sufficient history on the sites visited. Beijing is a big city and to plan to see it in two days is not enough, but, this tour gives you a nice taster.
