Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Road, Huairou District, Beijing China

Your local guide will meet you at your Beijing downtown hotel lobby at 8:30 am. Then you will get on a comfortable vehicle to start the 8 hours day tour.

It takes about 1.5 hours’ driving to get to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Located in Huairou district, about 80 km north from downtown Beijing, the Mutianyu Great Wall is less crowded than Badaling Great Wall. It is 1.4 miles (2,250m) long, 26 feet (7-8m) high and 20 feet (4-6m) wide. Its specialty is the 22 blockhouses and watchtowers on it. You may easily have a bird's eye view of the snaking Wall and its surrounding area from the watchtower. Cable cars up and down the Wall, and the toboggan down are available at your own expense. You will have enough time to enjoy the tranquil and spectacular scenery there. Every step on the Wall makes you can’t stop thinking how the ancient people made such grand construction with their bare hands.

Later you will enjoy a typical Chinese lunch at a local restaurant and have a short break. The afternoon tour is open for you to decide. You may choose one to visit from the following sites, please indicate your preferred option while booking for a better arrangement.
