First day :

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby in the morning at 8:00 a.m , travel with your guide to Tian'anmen Square and Forbidden City by metro , experience the metro system in Beijing

Tian'anmen Square with total area of 440,000 square meters (880-m-long and 500-m-wide), the Tian'anmen Square, located in the center of Beijing, is the largest of its kind. Over a hundred years, many ceremonies and demonstrations have been held here. The spacious square was originally meant to demonstrate majestic imperial power, walled in on the eastern, western and southern sides, shutting out common people. It is an ideal place for people to observe celebratory occasions or fly kites.

Walk through Tian'anmen Gate (Gate of Heavenly Peace) leads to an imperial city -- the Forbidden City. Forbidden City is the former Chinese imperial palace from the Ming dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty (the years 1420 to 1912), it now houses the Palace Museum.

From north gate of Forbidden City take bus No.128 to Fahuasi station where you can stop for lunch in the restaurant

After lunch head to East gate of Temple of Heaven ,It was first constructed in 1420, the 18th year of the reign of Ming emperor Yongle，and was extended and renovated during the reigns of Ming emperor Jiajing and Qing emperor Qianlong．It was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties would worship the god of heaven and pray for good harvest. Covering an area of 273 hectares，it is the largest architectural complex in the world for rituals to pay homage to heaven.

After visiting Temple of Heaven you may take metro back to hotel or you can choose evening show with Kung fu or acrobatics or Peking Opera ( evening show ticket at your own expense)

Second day :

Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at 8:00 a.m , travel with Comfortable air-conditioned car to Mutianyu Great Wall .It will take one and half hours to Mutianyu ,when you arrive at Great Wall you will take cable car up and explore the Great Wall without any rush .

Heading to restaurant for lunch in the local village

Drive about one and half hours to Summer Palace .

The Summer Palace in northwest suburban Beijing is the largest and most complete imperial garden existing in China. It was first built in the 12th century as an imperial palace. Renovation and extension in the following several hundred years till the end of the 19th century led it into the scale we see today, and was officially named Summer Palace.

Transfer back to your central hotel in Beijing.
