Private Day Tour: Mutianyu Great Wall Visiting And Countryside Life Experiencing

Meet your English speaking guide and your private driver in your Beijing hotel lobby between 8:00am to 9:00am. You will be transferred to the Great Wall at the Mutianyu Pass situated in the northeast of Beijing.

After 90 minutes drive you will arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall. The guide will help you to enter the park and get on the cable car carrying you up to the top of the wall where you can immediately receive a beautiful bird's eye view. You may enjoy your time on the wall until we leave the wall for lunch (around 1:00pm). We will drive to a nearby small and peaceful village to visit a farmer's house.

After parking at the edge of the village the guide will lead you for short walk to a farmer’s house for your lunch. You may visit the farmer’s house or his pigs, goats and walnut trees when the lunch is cooked. The farmer is delighted to answer your questions about his daily life. After lunch we will drive to a primary school which lies just next to the Great Wall. A faculty will meet you and welcome you on behalf of the school management. He or she will introduce you to the pupils who are waiting for you. They will listen to your introduction about your country, your family and anything new to them. In return they will also tell you about their family , their school and their studies.

Through this activity you learn a real inside China. The guide will help you if communications meet difficulty. And then you will visit their Chinese calligraphy classroom. A friendly pupil will help you use the brush pen and practice Chinese writing. Around 4:00pm you will finish your experience today and you can take a rest or have nap while enjoy the smooth drive back to your hotel. You will get back to your hotel around 6:00pm.
