Meet your guide at the lobby of your hotel in Beijing city centre to start this tour.


First we will bring you to Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City to experience some of the most amazing historical sites of the cuty. These sites will help you understand just how impressive China’s history is, and you’ll be able to gain a deeper understanding of it with our tour guide’s explanation. In imperial China, only the emperor, deemed the ‘son of heaven,’ was allowed to pass through the central meridian gate into the palace. However, today, you can also experience the majestic palace fit for emperors, first-hand.

Following this visit, you may have a traditional Chinese cuisine lunch at a local restaurant.

Stop At: The Great Wall at Badaling, Badaling, Beijing 102112 China

After lunch we will take you to visit the Badaling Great Wall, the most centrally located part of the Great Wall of China. Did you know that the Great Wall is the longest piece of architecture in the world, stretching from east China’s coast to west China’s desert? As you stand on the top tower and look at the wall snaking its way across the tops of the mountains, it’s incredible to imagine that once these walls protected the Chinese empire’s land from different invaders.


The hike on Badaling Great Wall takes a total of 2 hours, and although the Badaling section is the most famous and best-preserved wall, it’s still wise to wear proper shoes and take extra water with you. The highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level, and there are cable cars available, although they are optional and not included in the tour price.

Stop At: Niaochao National Stadium, No.1 Guojia Tiyuchang South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing China

On the way to your hotels, we pass by the Olympic Green, built for the Summer Olympics which were held in Beijing in 2008. having a distant view of both the National Stadium, which is also known as the Bird’s Nest and is the centrepiece of this area. You’ll also be able to see the National Aquatics Center, also known as the Water Cube. You’ll be able to take pictures from the coach.


After that, we will take you to a Silk Factory where experts will help you see the process of silk making, from silkworm to finished product. Your guides can also help you explain how everything is made, and it’s the perfect place to get some souvenirs for friends and families at home.

When the tour ends, we will take you back to your hotel.
