Private Wild Great Wall Hiking Tour with lunch from Jiankou to Mutianyu

Itinerary

When you arrive at Xizhazi, the foot of Jiankou Great Wall, there is another one-hour physically demanding hike uphill to reach Zhengbeikou Tower (the first tower on the Great Wall at Jiankou). You'll hike to the east of Zheng Bei Lou, heading for Mutianyu, The entire hike from Zheng Bei Lou (mid-part at Jiankou) to Mutianyu covers 3-5 hours, over approximately 6.2 miles.

The hiking ends when you get down from Mutianyu Great Wall (If you're tired, you can choose to take the cable car or toboggan. But you need to buy the cable car or toboggan ticket by yourself if you don't choose the option with cable car tiket included.)

After you get down from Mutianyu Great Wall, an authentic Chinese lunch is arranged in the town (need to drive for 20 min) in a local restaurant. You'll discuss with the tour guide what to order at the restaurant.

After lunch, you can lie down a little bit in the car and when driving back. It takes around 1.5 hour to drive back to downtown Beijing.
