Begin your Beijing adventure one day tour from your hotel. Your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel at 7:30am and start you lovely trip from downtown Beijing.
Set out for the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, approximately 1.5 hours away by car. Relax in your comfortable private vehicle and listen as your guide fills you in on the history of this site.
Once you arrive, gaze up at the incredible hilltop battlements. Then, with your pre-booked ticket, travel directly to the gate rather than using the shuttle bus transfer, and enjoy fast-track access. Then choose a cable car or ski lift to the wall itself. Spend the next several hours hiking and exploring on foot.
Afterward, continue to a local restaurant, taste different varieties of dumplings and dishes, enjoy a glass of cold beer or soft drinks.
