Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Road, Huairou District, Beijing China
Begin your Beijing adventure with pickup at the airport according to your flight schedule. In the arrival hall, look for a private guide bearing a sign with your name on it, then transfer to a waiting vehicle with your luggage, which will be kept safe during your tour.
Set out for the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, approximately 1.5 hours away by car. Relax in your comfortable private vehicle and listen as your guide fills you in on the history of this site.
Once you arrive, gaze up at the incredible hilltop battlements. Then, with your pre-booked ticket, travel directly to the gate rather than using the shuttle bus transfer, and enjoy fast-track access.Then choose a cable car or ski lift to the wall itself. Spend the next several hours hiking and exploring on foot. The hiking time depends on your flight arrival and departure time.

- Opening time of the Forbidden City: April 1 to October 31:8:30am to 5:00pm, stop selling tickets at 4:00pm. November 1 to March 31: 8:30am to 4:30pm, stop selling ticket at 3:30pm

A fantastic experience. Guide Lucy (Lucia) was wonderful. Lots of historical commentary, able to answer questions. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend Mutianyu section of Wall - great vistas, and not terribly crowded. Cable car saves many hundreds af steps up and down - more pep on the wall itself
