Stop At: Altun Ha, Rockstone Pond Village Belize
This tour takes us to the Altun Ha Maya Ruin! These ruins were once a trading center in the region and where one of Belize's national treasures was found, the famous Jade Head. The best photo opportunities on this tour come after hiking to the top of the highest structure where the Mayan elite once occupied. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Mayan site as well as the surrounding pristine jungle.

Next we will travel to the amazing Belize Zoo! This zoo claims to be the first of its kind; a zoo in which all the animals are in their natural habitats. Founded by an American citizen, Sharon Matola in 1983, this zoo not only showcases Belize's unique wildlife, but also serves as a rehabilitation center for our animals and is an educational research center for wildlife in Belize.
