- Management reserves the right to close/shut the park in case of climatic conditions like rain; storm, etc. for the safety of the guests.
- Nylon swimwear must be worn at all times when using the water park’s attractions.
- A valid photo ID is mandatory for all those looking to gain entry to the park.
- One or more rides may be non-operational due to maintenance issues at any given time. The unavailable ride details will be available at the notice board near the cash counter in the park on your date of visit.
- Child: 85 - 140 cm, Adult: above 140 cm. Entry is free for children below the height of 85 cm. Every person below the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults.
- If a ticket is already booked under child pricing & the child is found to be above 140 cm in height at the time of redemption, he/she by default will be charged with adult pricing. The balance amount has to be paid directly at the counter to redeem the physical ticket.
- Park timings : Monday to Friday: 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
