About this activity
Itinerary
I will introduce you into the cheese tasting world in the heart of the magnificent Old Town of Bergamo Alta, with some simple, nice and funny experiments and games concerning the senses of smell and taste.
After that we will taste a selection of 6 artisanal farmhouse cheeses to discover their culture, history and production methods, paired with 2 wines/beers. Combined with cheeses we will have snacks focaccia and bread.
After tastings I will cook in my kitchen a dish related to cheeses or regions we talked about ....an example??? Spaghetti Cacio e pepe or other less common Italian dishes with cheese as protagonist.
…....just one more thing, Please consider I can select only what I consider the best local and traditional cheeses. Sorry !!!
