We could not find where to get on the bus based on information that we were given. Had to ring Las Vegas to get information, which our phones would not support. When we finally found the red city bus tours, which by the way are not red, the young men told us that we needed to change our vouchers to tickets but unfortunately at 4.30 the agents had gone home so nobody could provides with tickets. The closing time we understood was 6 We have therefore last out money as we were unable to access this tour. Very disappointing
We always book hop on hop off tours whenever we go to a city - it's an easy way to get round. Berlin had to be the most problematic of all the bus tours we have done. At the stop, no one would accept our voucher. We asked 4 different operators, they all said it was not their tour. One pointed another guide out to us and said he worked for that company - bt he refused to accept the voucher. In the end, we got on each bus that pulled up and asked the driver. Luckily there was a really helpful driver from another company who said he had seen one of the guides for the bus at another stop and he let us on to take us there. When we did find the guide, she was more than happy to help. The tour itself was fabulous - took us round all the major sites. Ideal for getting around the city cheaply.
