Berlin through the centuries

We will meet in front of the Marienkirch (St Mary Church). During our tour we will see : 
- the Nikolaïviertel (the birthplace of Berlin) 
- the Alexanderplatz 
- the Museums Island 
- the Humboldt Forum as the new city palace 
- the Bebelplatz planned by Frederick the Great in the 18th Century 
- the Gendarmenmarkt and the settlement of the French Huguenots 
- the Potsdamerplatz with its modern architecture 
- the Brandenburg Gate symbol of Berlin 
- the Reichstag and the Government district 

The tour is by walking but it will be always possible if needed to use the public transportations. The tour can always be a bit longer that what is planned.
