Stolpersteine is a project of the German artist Gunther Demnig. This memorial was created to remind people of the fate of the victims of Nazism, of those who were killed, deported or forced to commit suicide.
Most of the stones are in memory of the Jewish victims of Nazism. Other stones are set in memory of gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, homosexuals, leftists, members of the Resistance Movement, etc.

The Brandenburg Gate is the only surviving city gate of Berlin, its original name is the Gate of the World. They were built by Karl Gottgard Langgans in 1789-1791. and are the first significant work done in the style of Berlin classicism. The Propylea of the Acropolis in Athens served as a model for the Brandenburg Gate. The facade of the gate was originally painted white. The decoration of the facade belongs to the hand of Johann Gottfried Schadov; he also designed the six-meter quadriga, which is controlled by the goddess of victory Victoria.

Unter den Linden is one of the main and most famous of Berlin's boulevards, which got its name thanks to the linden trees adorning it.
The length of the street is 1390 meters, the maximum width is 60 meters. The street runs from the Brandenburg Gate and Paris Square east to the Spree River, where Unter den Linden is replaced by Friedrich Wilhelm Street, renamed Karl-Liebknecht Strasse after World War II.

Stop At: Kurfurstendamm (Kurfurstendam), Berlin Germany

Kurfürstendamm - “Kurfürst Road”, abbreviated Ku’damm (Ku’damm) - the famous boulevard of Berlin, one of the main highways in the Berlin district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. A 3.5 km long street starts in the Grunewald district near Rathenauplatz and leads to Breitscheidplatz in the Charlottenburg district, where it crosses into Tauenzinshtrasse. Kudamm is known as a popular place for walking, shopping and entertainment. The prototype of Kudamm was the Champs-Elysees.

Museum Island (German: Museumsinsel) - the name given to the northern tip of the Spreeinsel island on the Spree River in Berlin, where a whole constellation of famous Berlin museums is located. Museum Island is a center of attraction for tourists and art lovers from around the world. Since 1999, a unique architectural and cultural ensemble has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The cathedral was built in 1894-1905 according to the project of Julius Rashdorf as the main church of the Prussian Protestants and the court church of the ruling Hohenzollern dynasty. The cathedral is made in the Baroque style. Initially, the ornate building of Silesian granite reached a height of 114 meters with a dome. After World War II, the seriously damaged cathedral was reconstructed, and now it has a more modest height of 98 meters (slightly less than St. Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersburg). Solemnly opened on June 6, 1993. The crypt of the Hohenzollern dynasty is also open for visitors, where 70 of the 89 surviving burials are represented; among them is the magnificent sarcophagus of the Great Elector and his wife Dorothea.
