Artisanal breweries tour in the Biellese valleys

Meet your private driver at the Biella station and head towards Trivero. You will visit a booming microbrewery whose owners will welcome you in the new plant, reclaimed from a former spinning mill, a very typical structure across the Biella region. Here you will sample a selection of their best unpasteurized “live” and additive-free beers. You will then visit the production laboratory and taste 3 beers paired with regional produce platters. You will taste the following products:
- Charcuterie: Biella pallet (or artisanal ham, depending on availability) and cacciatore salami (or artisanal salami, depending on availability) by the Scopel Cossato Farm
- Cheese: Toma with beer by Montefino Farm, Blue cheese by Valle Elvo Dairy Farm
Set out for another microbrewery immersed in the greenery of the Panoramica Zegna valley, whose beers are produced using spring water that flows at 1000 meters, giving the product a unique lightness and flavor. Finally, visit the production workshop and enjoy a special lunch with a beer-based menu:
