Basque art and gastronomy tour

Start the day going directly to Hernani. There you'll get a brief explanation about the life of Eduardo Chillida, a sculptor known for his works in iron and concrete; then, you will enjoy a one-hour autonomous visit of the Chillida-Leku Museum where you will find yourself surrounded by the artist's works, set in the gardens.

Later, move to Astigarraga, famous for its Basque cider tradition, where you will take part into a guided tour of the Cider Museum to enjoy the culture of cider, a hallmark of the Basques. Experience a tasting through the Txotx rite (serve the cider directly from the kupela or barrel). Next, taste a traditional cider house menu at a famous cider house.

After lunch, reach San Sebastian, the "Pearl of the Cantabric" where you will participate in a guided tour of the Old Town; you will have free time for shopping and photos and you will finally admire a magnificent panoramic view from Mount Igeldo (the ascent fee is included).
