Istria Truffle Cooking and Tasting Half Day Experience from Koper, Portoroz, Ljubljana or Bled

Departure from your hotel. Driving to small village in Slovenian Istria and meeting up with local villager, Mr. Gracijan, who used to be the only living person in this village. He will explain you extraordinary story and welcome you in his home with home-made shnapps. On his yard you will then experience truffle ecstasy.

First you will put all ingredients on the table and start tasting some of the excellent truffle products and make some new dishes out of them. After appetizer of truffles is made, you will prepare main dish, home-made "fuži" with truffles, typical home made Istrian pasta. You will try to cook truffle dish by yourself, of course... with some hints which will help you that you will enjoy perfect truffle meal. And at the end - truffle dessert which is the secret and will be revealed to you on the spot. 

All the food is rounded up with domestic Slovenian wines.

After this truffle gourmet experience you will return back to the hotel (Koper, Portoroz, Ljubljana or Bled)
