If you are at least a little bit of an adrenaline junkie and a nature lover, then a true disconnection from an everyday life on the northwestern part of Slovenia is the real thing for you. Its all about experiencing a 1-day trip around the Julian Alps through the Triglav National Park, which is excellent for taking in a large dose of adrenaline: going through the Fratarica Canyon, descending down the Emerald color Soca river in a raft and easy walking on the Vršič Mountain pass.

Not for everyone like my agrophobic high school daughter but an amazing tour. every bit of 12 hours including 5 hours in the van getting to the locations but we would have driven anyway to see the canyon and do the whitewater. The waterfall decent was heartstopping but worth every moment IMHO. Cant go wrong with Life Adventures!
