Terrible service! On the day that the tour was scheduled, no tour guide showed up to the hostel to help us redeem our vouchers. Apparently your staff had gone on vacation and they did not notify travelers who had booked in advance that your company would not be able to honor their commitment to their customers. Therefore, I wasted time and money on transportation that I could have avoided. I would not recommend this tour to anyone, it ruined my experience in Bogota.
