Day 1: Arriving into Bogota - Collected from Airport - Monseratte - Gold Museum

Stop At: Mount Monserrate, Carrera 2 E No. 21-48 Paseo Bolívar, Bogota Colombia
Monserrate is a hill that dominates the city center of Bogotá, the capital city of Colombia. It rises to 3,152 meters above the sea level, where there is a church with a shrine, devoted to El Señor Caído. The viewpoint provides​ specular 360-degree scenery of this impressive city.

Stop At: Gold Museum (Museo del Oro), Carrera 6 No.15-88, Bogota 110321 Colombia
The museum displays a selection of pre-Colombian gold and other metal alloys, such as Tumbaga, and contains the largest collection of gold artifacts in the world in its exhibition rooms.

Day 2: Trip to the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquiera - Afternoon at Lake Guatavita or Cascada La Chorrera

Stop At: Catedral de Sal de Zipaquira, Carrera 6 Calle 1 Parque De La Sal, Zipaquira Colombia
The Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá is an underground Roman Catholic church built within the tunnels of a salt mine 200 meters underground in a mountain near the city of Zipaquirá, in Cundinamarca, Colombia.


Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Laguna de Guatavita, Km 15, Via Guatavita-Sesquile, Tierra Negra Colombia
After lunch, transfer to Lake Guatavita where we will walk and explore a sacred site to the Muisca people, who cast elaborate gold offerings into its depths, inspiring the legend of El Dorado and several ill-fated attempts to drain the lake.

Stop At: Cascada La Chorrera, Choachi Colombia
Another option is to hike to the “Mountains of the Moon” and explore La Chorrera natural park, where Colombia’s tallest waterfall is waiting. Explores this amazing natural park, and learn about the peculiarities of these cloud forests.

Day 3: Flight in the morning to Bucaramanga - Afternoon explore the city

Stop At: Cra. 28 #n 49-15, Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia
Collected from the hotel to catch a flight to Bucaramanga
which is located in Northeast Colombia. Upon arrival private
transfer to the emblematic places of the city like the civic
square Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento, the Chapel of Sorrows
considered the First Church of Bucaramanga, among others.
Finally,​ transfer to hotel.

Day 4: Day of Abseiling down a waterfall, zip lining and potential to do paragliding.

Stop At: Mesa De Ruitoque, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia
Leaving the hotel​ and transferred to the Mesa de Ruitoque for abseiling down the waterfall Canaveralito which has a descent of 55 meters. Also included is zip lining in the morning. After lunch, there is the option for paragliding which provides a spectacular view of
Bucaramanga and the surrounding mountains.

Day 5: Day trip to Chicamocha. Staying in hotel in Barichara.

Stop At: Parque Nacional de Chicamocha, Km 54 Via Bucaramanga-Bogota Canon Del Chicamocha Santander, Bucaramanga Colombia
Collected from the ​hotel and transfer to the Chicamocha Park located one hour from the city of Bucaramanga. Visit and entrance to the cable car system with a journey of 22 minutes each way in the
valley of the Chicamocha Canyon ending at the Plazuela. Visit the Plaza de Espectáculos, the Plaza de las Cabras, the Plaza del Comercio, the Guane Museum, the Plaza de las Hormigas, travel to
Barichara. Paragliding is optional (check availability + fee). Sleep in Barichara.

Day 6: Morning collected for bike ride - Afternoon rafting on level 3 river (level 4/5 also available upon request)

Stop At: a 11-105,, Cra. 11 #111, San Gil, Santander, Colombia
Collected in the morning for a short journey to where the bike ride begins. This ride starts in the beautiful Colinas de Santander,
during this ride you will pass farms and coffee plantations as
well as impressive scenery. During this ride there will be a car
behind for anyone that might want to rest. Returning by bike to the
town for lunch before rafting on a level 3 river in the afternoon. This
is a fun experience on relatively calm waters. Clients also have the
option to raft on a level 4/5.

Day 7: Collected from hotel and transferred to hotel for flight to Santa Marta

Pass By: Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia
Collected from the ​hotel for transfer to airport for flight to Santa Marta. Afternoon relaxing on the beach before starting the lost city trek early on the following morning.

Day 8: Lost City Trek - Day 1

Pass By: Ciudad Perdida, El Mamey Sierra Nevada, Santa Marta 470007 Colombia
Collected early in the morning and driven 2 1/2 hours to Mamey to start the walk. Lunch beforehand. Arrive at the camp after 4 hour
walk, the ​afternoon relaxing in the river and enjoying the scenery.

-The tour is suited for hikers with some experience.
-Bring comfortable hiking shoes and a cane if needed.
-Waterproofs

Day 9: Lost City Trek - Day 2

Pass By: Ciudad Perdida, El Mamey Sierra Nevada, Santa Marta 470007 Colombia
Starting around 7 am walking along the Buritaca River and passing an indigenous town. Walking 7 hours and 9 miles. Plenty of spots during this walk to swimming​ and relax.

Day 10: Lost City Trek - Day 3

Pass By: Ciudad Perdida, El Mamey Sierra Nevada, Santa Marta 470007 Colombia
Early start walking up the famous stairs leading to the lost city. The guide will provide an in-depth explanation of the city and its incredible
history. Afterward, time to relax and enjoy the history of the lost city before returning to camp.

Day 11: Lost City Trek - Final Day

Pass By: Ciudad Perdida, El Mamey Sierra Nevada, Santa Marta 470007 Colombia
This day will be returning to El Memey, on the way, there will be some final opportunities to enjoy the natural pools in the river. Upon arrival at Memey there will be a car waiting to be driven to Tyrona national park for a deserved few days rest in a Boutique hotel on the sea front.

Day 12: Relaxing and enjoying the beaches of Tyrona National Park

Pass By: Parque Nacional Natural Tayrona, Magdalena, Colombia
All-day relaxing by the beach and enjoying the last full day of the trip. A trip around the national park if the desired.

Day 13: Santa Marta - Bogota - Tour end

Pass By: Bogota, Colombia
Collected in the morning for a transfer to Santa Marta's airport for flight to Bogota. Tour ends in Bogota.
