Itinerary
Day 1
We will pick you up at your hotel to take you to Machetá, Cundinamarca in a private car on an hour and a half drive. On your way, our specialist will show you enormous crops dedicated to single products as a contrast to the diversity of eco-farming. When you arrive at Camajuha, a reserve and an 85-year-old coffee farm with a strong agro-ecologic process dedicated to native forests and vegetables, you will receive a warm welcome before you settle and tour the place. After dining a delicious local dish, you will go to play Tejo or Tumerqué (a local sport), while you enjoy refreshing national beers. Afterwards, you will spend a calm night in the countryside to wake up fully renewed. 
Day 2
When you wake up, you will learn how Arepas de Laja and other typical dishes for breakfast are prepared. Then, you will learn everything about the coffee process; from the seed, to farming, and to the cup. You will have a pleasant tour through the planted fields and woods of the farm where you will get to know many native species and their stories in local gastronomy. You will also receive a complete information about local ecology. During this learning process, you will be taught many recipes and you will be able to take some of your preparations as a souvenir. After preparing and enjoying a delicious lunch with local ingredients, you will get to know nearby farms in the Tenza Valley to observe the diversity present in each altitude. Finally, you will have a relaxing hot-spring bath at Napoles natural hot-springs before returning to Bogotá.
