Pleasant day with very enthusiastic sometimes overly chatty guide visiting production at source of local food products. Nice getting out of Bologna to local producers and learning about sources and processing. People came from outside of Bologna, staring our very early. A few nibbles on arrival would have been welcome. Some sitting space during some of the lengthy explanations would have been good.

Not only was each stop... INCREDIBLE, but our guide, Ricardo, was Spectacular! He was personable, knowledgeable, funny, and more! At each stop, we saw, learned, tasted and drank! The owners of each factory/plant, personally met us and spent time with us. It was a nice sized group (we were 2 amongst a group of 19), where you could meet others but weren’t overwhelmed or felt lost. I would recommend this for everyone near or far ❤️

I can't speak highly enough of this tour! They offer hotel pick-up which was convenient. We visited Parmagiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar, and Prosciutto factories! 2 meals (breakfast, and a 3-hour lunch) were included with pretty much unlimited tastings of everything including bottomless wine (Lambrusco, Pignoletto (local white)) plus some Grappa! Breakfast was coffee, local Mortadella, Salame and bread. Our guide, Francesco, was outstanding! Lots of fun and good information! You will NOT go hungry, or need dinner afterwards! The lunch was at a restaurant/B and B at a winery on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards, where we ate several courses of pasta, meat, etc! Plus, endless wine! About 12 hours total from start to finish. Also, we got to know our fellow tour mates! Such an excellent, fun tour! We can't wait to visit another part of Italy to try one of their other tours!

We read the reviews and they all said it was the best and it truly was. Forgot the name of our guide but she was amazing and a genuine passion! So much food and wine and all high quality! Highly recommend this tour !!!

Our group of 5 women loved our guide Ricardo, he was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was attentive to all of us and a fantastic storyteller. Funny and adorable, our group wanted to take him home with us! The food was outstanding as well as the wine. Definitely worth the price and you will not need to have dinner! Very nice pace throughout the day, highly recommend!!

This fun and interesting tour was the highlight of our Bologna visit. Our group of 9 friends learned a lot about the making of parmegian cheese, balsamic vinegar and Prociutto. We had a very personable and funny tour guide, Arianna, who enthusiastically explained the food making processes with a lot of wit and passion. The tour drove us outside of Bologna and through the beautiful Modena countryside. It ended with a fun, delicious, multi-course afternoon meal overlooking the beautiful countryside. This was a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour is a must and well worth getting up early to experience. Alessandro was very knowledgeable and made the day so much fun. His high energy and great sense of humor kept everyone engaged and ensured we all had a great time. There were several different types of wine to go along with the food tastings - all outstanding. After touring all three factories we has the most amazing lunch featuring regional specialties amd even more varieties of wine. The drivers were also fun and attentive. All in all I can say the entire group had a blast and didn't want to day the end. HIGHLY recommend.
