Cook Like locals in Bologna

We will start at the Mercato delle Erbe or similar depending on the season, a lively local market, where we’ll shop for fresh seasonal ingredients. You will have the opportunity to talk to the local vendors and farmers and learn about their organic products. Then we will head to my house where the cooking class will take place. As food in Italy is a social activity we will be chatting and sipping a glass of wine while I’ll share with you the secrets of my cooking!

Finally will be time to eat, we’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our efforts! Nothing better to finish an Italian meal that a small cup of strong coffee. After the meal, I can take you back to the starting point if you wish so.

My menus can be adapted to accommodate any food preferences or allergies, and I include a variety of traditional Italian dishes. They change according to the season as I only use the best quality products available at the time.
