Our expectation was to learn how to make pasta and taste the dishes and the reality was so much more. Simply put this is one of the strongest memories we take away from our holiday thanks to Oriana and her family. So welcoming, amazing to see how people live in Bologna, felt part of the family eating lunch together. Food was fantastic and lots of secret tips. First day back back home made pasta! And will do so again and again. A course like this adds a different dimension to any holiday, learning more about local life and cuisine. First time and will book again. Thanks a million Oriana!
Making traditional food from Bologna with Oriana and her mother in Oriana's beautiful home was the best part of our whole trip. Fun, gracious, delicious and absolutely better than we could have imagined. Lovely morning and afternoon in Bologna!!
