You will start your tour along the the Porticos and towards the city centre, on a journey of discovery in which between art and history such as Piazza Maggiore with its Cathedral, the Two towers, simbol of the city or its main churches such as S.Stefano, S.Domenico..you will discover the reason behind Bologna's nickname "The Fat one". You will in fact immerse yourself in the streets of one of the oldest Market areas of the city, with its inspiring colours, food aromas and of course grocery shops!
The first stop in this Tour will be on a in a well-known location where you'll be able to enjoy renewed local products such as cold cuts, local cheeses and local wine n a complete food tasting. Here your guide will explain the history of each product and its origins.
After this break the tour will continue with a visit to the University area and the main Churches of the city (such as S.Stefano and S.Domenico) and after a nice ride lunch stop will be in an antique Osteria, where you'll have a main course and local wine and feel the atmosphere of ancient times.
No visit to Bologna can end without a taste of our amazing craft ice-creams! Your last stop in fact will be at one of our famous Ice-cream shops!
