Make a perfect sfoglia learning how to stretch the dough with the rolling pin, and prepare the perfect nest of tagliatelle. Genuine ragù alla bolognese is a slowly cooked sauce, and its preparation involves several techniques (including sweating, sautéing and braising): you will learn all about this italian“ritual”.

At the end of the lesson there will be a tasting of dishes cooked during the class with a glass of Pignoletto fine wine and a delicious dessert.
