Our tour started off at a very bad point as there was a huge delay in the arrival of the coach. When we asked for the itinerary, the guide rudely refused to provide us the details. The first day was a waste of our time as the coach stopped after almost every thirty minutes. They had to drop off some people and then pick up new ones at various stops which gave us the idea that we were riding in a public transport. And then they would rush us everytime we got down from the bus. Because of which I left behind some of my stuff in the bus for which they didn't agree to take any responsibility. Also, the NY city night tour seemed like a waste of money as most of the time went in traveling and we were not given enough time at the tourist attractions. At the end of the tour in Boston, we weren't made to cover all the locations that were mentioned in the itinerary on the website which was a bit deceiving. Also, the hotels were on the outskirts of the cities which was a key disadvantage. The buses were in pretty bad shape. The AC wouldn't work properly and there was no wifi which are the basic amenities any international traveler would expect. It felt so suffocating inside the bus with the AC hardly working. Also, there was hardly any leg room. It was also hard to understand the guide's accent as he wasn't able to speak fluent English. Overall, we weren't satisfied at all. And in future, wouldn't book or recommend anyone else booking tour packages through Viator.
