Boston South End Wine Tasting Tour

A friendly, charismatic wine ambassador leads you to hot spots in Boston’s South End, where you’ll be welcomed to a reserved table, with wait staff standing by, ready to serve pre-selected wines. Learn how to taste, pair and buy with an intimate group. Enjoy six wines over the course of two hours. Enjoy premium wine education from your dedicated wine ambassador on this semi-private event. Tours will go to 2 of the following restaurants. Make sure to check your confirmation ticket for the starting location.

Gaslight Brasserie du Coin. Pull up a seat at the Parisian-style zinc bar for a tasting plate of classic French dishes, sipping perfectly paired French bottles alongside your hors d’oeuvres. Bites here might include steak tartare with croutons and aioli or heirloom tomatoes with herbes de Provence, an ideal match for a sparkling wine from the Loire Valley and a fruity Burgundy red.

Masa. Here, Southwest meets the South End. For over a decade Masa has been been spicing up the palates of Boston’s most sophisticated diners and serving up libations to the hip bar crowds from the South End, Back Bay, and Theater District. Masa’s menu pairs a carefully selected wine list with the flavors and cooking styles of a Southwestern kitchen.

Cinquecento Roman Trattoria. At this rustic italian restaurant, sip and swirl 2 Italian varietals from regions like Umbria and Sicily as you nibble artisanal cheese and salumi, listening as your guide shares tips on identifying different flavors and aromas in each glass.

Stephi's on Tremont. The younger, hipper sister of Stephanie’s on Newbury, Stephi’s on Tremont is located in the heart of Boston’s South End across from historic Union Park on Tremont Street.
