Matt picked us up at our hotel and took us to where we got the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. He had tons of information, great personality. I would highly recommend doing the add-on for the 3 hour guided tour so that you are able to hit all the highlights of the Island, especially if this might be your first and only trip to Martha's Vineyard. Harry, our tour guide on the Island, was great too!

We were picked up right on time about 7:00 am and driven to Woods Hole where I had a good coffee at the Pie in the Sky, and where we would catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Our tour guides, Dave and Walter, told interesting stories. We stopped and I had a good fish cake, and then a very good lunch at and a good beer called the Bad Martha! The ferry back went smoothly, and we were picked up and taken back to our Hilton Hotel in Boston. A great day!

Matt was a great tour guide. He called us the day before to arrange pickup logistics, picked us up as scheduled, drove us to the ferry at Falmouth, was waiting when we returned and gave us a lot of information during both drives. Take the additional 3 hour tour on the island to get a good overview and see the highlights.

Matt really took care of me and my girlfriends. Our trip from our hotel to and Martha's Vineyard and back was seamless. Every thing was laid out for us. Matt gave us an abundance of information about Boston and Martha's Vineyard on our way to the steam ship. What he didn't know, he quickly looked up and found out for us. Just an awesome experience. Our tour guide Mo, is a well of information. Just an all around good experience. Thanks to the tour of the vineyard, I walked away feeling like I truly experienced the island in a way I would not have been able to on my own. Our only regret is we didn't have more time to spend shopping and dining after the tour. But I highly recommend New England Excursions for your day trip from Boston to Martha's Vineyard.
